Erica Lam is a Research Analyst of Horwath HTL based in Hong Kong. Ms. Lam graduated from The School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Hotel Management. She has been involved in various types of research and feasibility studies, including hotel, serviced apartment and resort. Ms. Lam is mainly responsible for market research, data collection and analysis, and financial modelling. Her research span across China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
