Gloria Chang is an Executive Director of Horwath HTL based in Hong Kong. Since 1995, Ms. Chang has developed an extensive consultancy experiences specialized in the hospitality and leisure industry with a specific focus on hotel developments. Formerly a Senior Consultant with other hospitality/real estate and corporate finance consulting practices including PKF Consulting Ltd., Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Chang is principally responsible for supervising various studies on hotel and real estate property developments in Asia. Ms. Chang holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Hospitality Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a MBA in Finance from the University of Hull (U.K.) and a Diploma in Surveying (General Practice) from the College of Estate Management (U.K.).
