Overview: Horwath HTL conducted F&B Outlets’ Performance Analysis of the International branded 5- star hotels in Chongqing.

Project Description: The Client intended to operate a high-end restaurant and bar in Chongqing and therefore engaged Horwath HTL to conduct a market research to support the initial concept planning. Horwath HTL inspected over 20 restaurants in Chongqing, analysed the performance and trends of the high-end F&B market, particularly the outlets in international 5-star hotels, and recommended a selection of potential concepts that could be further developed by the Client.
