Overview: Horwath HTL was commissioned by Beijing BTG Group to conduct phased development strategy, as well as market and financial feasibility study for the proposed hotels of Universal Studio in Tongzhou, Beijing.

Description of Project: The proposed Project is jointly developed by Beijing BTG Group and Universal Studios Theme Park & Resort, with a total area of approximated four square kilometers. Inspired by films and television programs, Universal Studio provides a thrilling experience combining state-of-the-art technologies that makes customers feel like immersed in movies.
