Overview: Horwath HTL conducted a market and financial feasibility study for a largescale wellness retreat in the suburban area of Beijing.

Description of Project: Horwath HTL Health and Wellness was retained to develop a largescale wellness retreat including bathhouse and luxury wellness hotel. The project of 55 suites is positioned to be the central focus of Niutuo’s master plan, situated on 107,000 square meters and featuring a 11,000 square meter hot spring bathhouse as well as a 1,800 square meter wellness center.
