Description of Project: Located in the center of Beijing, the high floor of Wangfujing Grand Hotel overlooks the Forbidden City. The Hotel opened in 1994. In 2008, Wangfujing Hotel Management Co., Ltd. entrusted Horwath HTL to conduct a repositioning study for the Hotel. After a comprehensive market analysis and fieldwork, Horwath HTL suggested to upgrade the Hotel to a high-end hotel managed by an international hotel group Horwath HTL made detailed analysis and suggestions on the renovation plan, facility list and operation status. In 2014, the Hotel was completely refurbished and relaunched with the brand of Renaissance, which belongs to the Marriott Management Group.
