Overview: Horwath HTL was engaged by Huizhou Chuangcheng Development to estimate the economic values of three hotels / condo hotels.

Description of Project: Huizhou Chuangcheng Development has developed a cluster of resort hotels along Xunliao Beach, Huizhou, including two international branded hotels and one condo hotel. Horwath HTL was engaged in 2014 to estimate the economic values of the three properties. The scope of work included competitive market analysis, review of hotel facilities, performance projections, case studies of benchmarking transactions and opinions on the economic values.
