Description of Project: Engaged by the Greentown Group, Horwath HTL conducted budget reviews for the next fiscal year for Greentown’s international branded hotels in multiple cities across the country. The budget review reports covers the comparison of financial budgets with historical data, market benchmarking and overall market evaluation. Based on the review report, the Owner had a clearer understanding of the operational situation of the hotels and could control the budget of the hotel more effectively.
