Overview: Located in the Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan, China, Daocheng Yading is in the transitional zone between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Sichuan Basin. It has a complete climatic spectrum, complex topography and geomorphology, and constitutes a unique original eco-tourism resource with great development potential.

Description of Project: Daocheng Yading is an attractive natural tourist attraction. The Owner wanted to engage all potential sites into their ecotourism project. Horwath HTL was entrusted to provide phased development proposal for 14 sites according to their potential. Also, we provided an overall development strategy recommendations for 11 sites and offered marketing positioning and facility planning for the five proposed hotel in the first phase.
