Overview: Horwath HTL carried out an upgrading and renovation study for Shenzhen Nanhai Grand Hotel. As a result, it is the south wing of Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai now.

Description of Project: Opened in 1986, Shenzhen Nanhai Grand hotel is the first 5-star hotel in Shenzhen. In 2012, China Merchants Group, the Owner of the Hotel, engaged Horwath HTL to make a renovation study. After a comprehensive market analysis and fieldwork, Horwath HTL suggested to upgrade the Hotel to High end property managed by international hotel group. Horwath HTL provided detailed analysis on the renovation plan, facility list and operation status. In 2013, the Hotel was closed for renovation. In 2017, the property relaunched as the south wing of the Hilton Shenzhen Shekou Nanhai.
