Overview: Horwath HTL assisted the Owner to conduct annual operational review for Sofitel Ho Chi Minh City.

Description of Project: Sofitel Ho Chi Minh is one of the oldest international branded hotel in the city. On the 20th anniversary of the hotel, Horwath HTL was commissioned by the Owner to review the operation of the hotel. The review included: Market and financial data benchmarking, hotel facility status assessment, fieldwork and management interviews. Based on the work mentioned, Horwath assisted the Client to reexamine the 20 years old hotel and provide recommendations on the future business and renovation plan.
